How to Reach
By Train: Take the train to Kirandul Railway Station (KRDL). From Kirandul town, hire a local sturdy taxi/jeep that is comfortable with the steep, winding Ghat Road. Shared transport is rare for this route.
By Road: From Kirandul town center, the 12 KM Ghat Road is the direct route. Only vehicles in good working condition should attempt this steep climb. The road is metalled and maintained by NMDC.
By Local Transport: Local taxis (usually 4x4 jeeps or sturdy SUVs) are the most recommended mode of local transport due to the steep gradient. :
