How to Reach
By Train: Take the train to Kirandul Railway Station (KRDL). The NMDC complex is very close. Take a taxi/auto-rickshaw to the gate.
By Road: The mine is situated on the hill tops of the Bailadila range, accessible from the Kirandul town via the dedicated Ghat Road to Deposit 11C/14. Only authorized/permitted vehicles are allowed past the main security gate.
By Local Transport: A local taxi is needed from the town to the gate, but beyond that, transport is usually arranged by NMDC for permitted visitors. :
