Dwarkadheesh Temple
The Dwarkadheesh Temple of Jhalawar is a prominent Vaishnava shrine built by the legendary Dewan Jhala Zalim Singh in 1796. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna, who is worshipped here as Dwarkadheesh (the King of Dwarka). The idol was ceremoniously installed in 1806 and has since been the focal point of devotion for the people of Jhalawar. Situated on the picturesque banks of the Gomati Sagar Lake, the temple offers a serene and holy environment. The architecture reflects the classic Haveli style common in the Brij and Mewar regions of Rajasthan.
