Nature’s Paradise : The Valley of Flowers, also known as Bharat Van, is a sprawling 24-acre garden located on the banks of the Narmada River. It was established in 2016 with around 48,000 plants and has now expanded to house over 2,200,000 plants including 300 different species of flowers. This g arden is designed to look like a terrestrial rainbow, offering a thematic representation of India's botanical diversity. Visitors can find a mix of ornamental flowers, trees, shrubs, and herbs that create a vibrant canopy. The valley is strategically located to offer a magnificent view of the Statue of Unity, making it a favorite for nature enthusiasts and casual strollers. The entire landscape is irrigated using a modern drip system to maintain its lush appearance year-round. It features several themed areas like the Galtora and Bougainvillea zones, which burst into color during the peak season. The valley serves as a green lung for the Ekta Nagar region and provides a serene environment away from the mechanical structures of the dam. It is especially famous for its winter flower show which attracts thousands of tourists globally. The park also includes natural treks like the Reva Trek for those who want a bit of adventure. Families often spend hours here enjoying the meticulously manicured lawns and the cool breeze from the river.
