How To Reach Bhatye Beach

How to Reach

By Air: The nearest airport is Kolhapur Airport (KLH) (approx. 130 KM away). However, Goa International Airport (GOX) (approx. 240 KM away) is often preferred for better flight connectivity. From the airport, hire a pre-paid taxi or cab to reach Ratnagiri city.

By Train: Ratnagiri Railway Station (RN) is the nearest major railhead, well-connected by numerous trains (Konkan Railway route) from Mumbai (approx. 7 hours) and Goa (approx. 5 hours). From the station, the beach is only about 11 KM, easily reachable by auto-rickshaw or taxi.

By Road: Ratnagiri is well-connected by National Highway (NH 66) and State Highways. State transport buses (MSRTC) run frequently from major cities like Mumbai and Pune. From Ratnagiri Bus Stand (approx. 3 KM), the beach is a short 10-minute ride via auto or local cab.

By Local Transport: The best way to reach Bhatye Beach from the city center is by hiring a local auto-rickshaw or a taxi. They are readily available and operate on fixed or negotiated fares.
