By Train: Not practical. The nearest main station is Jammu Tawi (JAT).
By Road: The kund is directly on the Srinagar-Leh Highway. It is easily accessible by any vehicle traveling between Drass and Kargil or Srinagar. It's about 18 KM from the center of Drass town. Look for the small government sign indicating the spot.
By Local Transport: A local taxi hired from Drass can easily take you to the kund as part of a local sightseeing trip. Given the short distance, it's a quick and easy drive, taking about 20-30 minutes from Drass. :
