How to Reach

By Air: The nearest airport is Agatti Aerodrome (AGX), approximately 55 KMS away. From major Indian cities like Kochi (COK), take a flight to Agatti. From Agatti, travel to Kalpeni is by inter-island ferry or government-operated boat, which takes approximately 3-4 hours depending on the sea conditions and the type of vessel.

By Train: The nearest railway station is Ernakulam Junction (ERS) or Kochi on the mainland. From Kochi, the only way to reach Kalpeni is by ship.

By Road: As an island, there is no road connectivity to Kalpeni from the mainland. Within the island, the performance venue is easily accessible.

By Local Transport: The venue is usually a short walk from most guesthouses and the main jetties. Local transport is mainly bicycle, motorbike, or walking. For longer distances, a local auto-rickshaw (a very limited number are available) or a hired local jeep can be used, but walking is the primary and most enjoyable mode. :
