How to Reach

By Air (Nearest Airport) The nearest airport is Raipur (RPR) (approx. 160 KMS). From Raipur, hire a direct taxi to the waterfall or take a bus to Kanker and then a local vehicle. By Train (Nearest Railhead) The nearest major railway station is Raipur Junction (R) (approx. 160 KMS). From the station, take a bus to Kanker Bus Stand. By Road (From Kanker Town) Gotitola Waterfall is located about 20 KMS from Kanker town. The best way to reach is by hiring a local taxi or a motorized auto-rickshaw (Tuk-Tuk) from the Kanker city center. Be prepared for the final few kilometers to be on a rough, unpaved village road. By Local Transport (Private Vehicle Preferred) It is highly recommended to hire a private vehicle (cab/jeep) for the round trip from Kanker as local bus transport directly to the remote village of Lilejhar is infrequent. Negotiate the full fare with the driver beforehand.
