How to Reach

By Air: Nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), Mumbai (100 KMS away). From there, take a taxi or train to Neral.

By Train: Nearest major station is Neral Railway Station. Take the Matheran Hill Railway (Toy Train) from Neral to Matheran Station (approx. 2. 5 KMS from the point).

By Road: Drive up to Dasturi Naka (9 KMS from Neral). From Dasturi, hire a pony or walk to the point (approx. 2. 5 KMS). No private vehicles are allowed past Dasturi Naka.

Local Transport: Walk or hire a pony/horse from the Matheran market/railway station. The walk is easy to moderate and takes about an hour from the market.
