By Train: There is no rail connectivity to the islands. The nearest major railway station is Ernakulam Junction (ERS) or Kochi in Kerala on the mainland. From there, take a ship to Kalpeni.
By Road: Road travel is limited to the island's internal, narrow roads. The nearest major road network is on the Indian mainland in Kerala.
By Local Transport: On Kalpeni, reach the lighthouse site by foot, bicycle (available for hire locally), or a local two/three-wheeler, as the distances are very short.
