Auto-rickshaws: The most convenient local transport. They are readily available from any part of Ranchi and can drop you right near the base of the steps. Negotiate the fare beforehand or use a ride-hailing app.
Cycle Rickshaws: Available for short distances, offering a slow, authentic experience.
Local Buses: Local city buses run on routes near the temple, but they might not drop you exactly at the base of the steps, requiring a short walk.
Walking: For tourists staying in hotels near the Main Road or Ranchi Lake, the temple is close enough for a brisk walk to the base of the hill.
