How to Reach

By Air: The nearest major airport is Chandigarh International Airport (IXC), approximately 100 KMS away. From IXC, hire a taxi or use a pre-booked cab service directly to Nahan's center. The journey is about 4-5 hours.

By Train: Nearest major railheads are Ambala Cantonment (UMB) or Kalka (KLK), both around 85-90 KMS away. Take a taxi, a local bus, or a shared cab from the station to the Nahan Bus Stand.

By Road: Nahan is a hub for state transport buses (HRTC). Direct bus services run from Delhi (250 KMS), Chandigarh (100 KMS), and other major towns. Alight at the Nahan Bus Stand.

By Local Transport: From the Nahan Bus Stand, the Pakka Tank is a very short auto-rickshaw ride (approx. Rs.30-Rs.50) or a simple 10-15 minute walk, as it is located centrally near the Bada Bazar and the only Railway Reservation Centre.
