By Train: Nearest major station is Jammu Tawi (JAT). Road journey is complex.
By Road: Sani is an easy, short drive of 6-8 KM from Padum town center. Hired taxis or private vehicles are the most convenient option, taking about 20 minutes.
By Local Transport/Walk: A local bus may run on this route, but a hired taxi is more reliable. It is also a very pleasant 1. 5-hour walk or 30-minute bike ride from Padum for those acclimatized.
