Water Safety: Never swim or stand too close to the base of the falls when the water flow is heavy. The rocks around the plunge pool are extremely slippery; wear appropriate footwear.

Isolation: Since the spot is isolated, it is not advisable to visit alone, especially after 4:00 PM.

Packing: Carry comfortable trekking shoes for the 2 KMs walk. Pack a light waterproof jacket during the monsoon. Carry a first-aid kit, insect repellent, and plenty of water and snacks.
