The Tiger Safari, officially part of the Ludhiana Zoo (also known as Guru Nanak Dev Zoological Park), is a key attraction for wildlife lovers, located near the Kadiyan Reserve Forest on the GT Road. Established in 1988, it was initially focused on the captive breeding and conservation of the Royal B engal Tiger. While it began as a specialized Tiger Safari with seven specimens, it has since evolved into a recognized, small zoo encompassing a wider variety of species. The park now hosts a range of animals and birds, including Himalayan Black Bears, Black Bucks, Sambar, Emu, and various exotic birds. Visitors can take a special safari bus ride through the tiger enclosure to observe the magnificent animals safely in a near-natural environment.
