Barunai Hill
Barunai Hill is a significant historical and religious landmark located near Khordha. It is famously known for the Maa Barunei Temple, dedicated to the twin goddesses Barunei and Karunei. This hill is not just a place of worship but a site of immense patriotic pride, as it served as the headquarters for the Paika Rebellion of 1817, often called the first war of Indian independence.
