By Air: Nearest airport is Pune International Airport (PNQ), approximately 120 KMS away. One can take a pre-paid taxi or state transport bus from Pune to Mahabaleshwar.

By Train: Nearest major railway station is Pune Railway Station (120 KMS). A closer but less connected station is Wathar (60 KMS). From either, hire a taxi or local bus to the town.

By Road: Mahabaleshwar is well-connected by state and national highways. Private cars, rental cabs, and MSRTC buses from major cities like Mumbai (285 KMS) and Pune are the most convenient ways to reach the town.

By Local Transport: From Mahabaleshwar market, hire a local yellow-top taxi or an auto-rickshaw; the drive takes about 30-45 minutes.
