By Road: Regular buses and shared taxis plying between Srinagar and Leh always stop at Khaltse. The road is well-paved and offers some of the best driving experiences in India.
By Local Transport: You can take a local bus from Leh towards Lamayuru or Kargil and get down at Khaltse. These buses are inexpensive and used mainly by the local villagers.
