120 KMS from Agartala): Reach Gandacherra town via state transport buses or private vehicles. The final leg from Gandacherra to the lake is about 20 KMS and is covered by local shared jeeps or hired cars.
By Local Transport: From the Dumboor Lake jetty (near Tirthamukh), the island is only accessible via a ticketed motorboat or ferry service. This is the only way to reach the island itself.
