120 KMS): Fly to Agartala Airport (IXA). Hire a taxi to Gandacherra (approx. 4-5 hours). From Gandacherra, local transport (auto/jeep) covers the final 20 KMS to Tirthamukh. By Train (Approx.
75 KMS): The nearest railhead is Ambassa Railway Station (ABSA). Take a shared vehicle or taxi from Ambassa to Gandacherra and then to the site. Udaipur Railway Station (approx. 63 KMS) is also a common route. By Road (Approx.
120 KMS from Agartala): Tirthamukh is well-connected to Gandacherra and other major towns by state roads. Special bus and taxi services are often arranged by the government during the Mela.
By Local Transport: From the Dumboor Lake jetties or Gandacherra town, local shared jeeps, auto-rickshaws, and hired cars are available to reach Tirthamukh/the Mela site, which is just a few kilometers from the lake shore.
