Once you reach Jamshedpur, you can easily hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to the temple in Baridih Basti or Birsanagar. Sonari Airport (IXW) in Jamshedpur is a smaller airport primarily for non-scheduled flights, but flight services are intermittent. If you land here, the temple is just a short local ride away.

By Train: Jamshedpur is very well connected by rail. The primary railway station is Tatanagar Railway Station (TATA), one of the major junctions on the South Eastern Railway line. It has excellent connectivity to major cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Ranchi. From Tatanagar Station, the temple is about 8-10 KMS away. You can easily find an auto-rickshaw, cab, or local bus from the station to reach the Sankat Mochan Mandir in Baridih Basti or Birsanagar.

By Road: Jamshedpur is connected to major cities in Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha through well-maintained national and state highways. National Highway 33 (NH-33) passes near the city. If driving from Ranchi, the distance is approximately 130 KMS. From Kolkata, it is around 280 KMS. Regular bus services (both government and private) operate from neighboring cities like Ranchi, Dhanbad, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar. Once you reach the Jamshedpur bus stand, local transport is available to the temple.

By Local Transport: Within Jamshedpur, the most convenient local transport options are auto-rickshaws and cycle-rickshaws, especially for short distances. Prepaid taxi services and app-based cabs (like Ola or Uber, depending on availability) are also easily accessible, particularly in central areas like Bistupur and Sakchi. Bus services also run on major routes. Simply instruct the driver to take you to the Sankat Mochan Mandir in Baridih Basti or Birsanagar.
