By Train:
No Direct Rail Connectivity: The nearest railhead is Jammu Tawi (JAT). The rail-to-road journey is extremely long and not recommended.
By Road:
Via Khardung La Pass and Hunder: Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via the Khardung La Pass and continue to Hunder. From Hunder, the road to Tashisgang is likely unpaved or a difficult track, requiring local guidance. ILP is required.
By Local Transport:
Dedicated Local Hire: The best local option is to hire a dedicated driver and 4x4 from Diskit or Hunder for a round-trip to this more remote location.
