Reaching the City of Canals: For air travelers, Chandigarh Airport (160 KMS) and Delhi Airport (210 KMS) are the primary gateways. From there, one can take a bus or hire a taxi to Tohana. By train, Tohana has its own railway station (TUN) on the Delhi-Jakhal line, making it very accessible by rail from major cities. By road, it is located on the Hisar-Chandigarh Highway; a drive from Fatehabad takes about 1. 5 hours. Local transport in Tohana consists of e-rickshaws and auto-rickshaws that can easily drop you at the headworks from the station or bus stand.
