Dimension: The peak height is 1646 meters (5400 feet). The main trekking route from Bari village is approximately 6. 6 KM one way. Authorities have installed a series of large, sturdy steel ladders (often three main ones) at critical, near-vertical sections of the path to assist the climb, spanning a cumulative vertical rise of a few hundred feet. The temple at the summit is a small, functional masonry structure, roughly 10ft x 10ft, built to house the idol of Goddess Kalsubai, a simple but profound architectural addition to the highest natural point of the state. The overall infrastructure is focused on safety and accessibility rather than ornamentation. -
