Tree Dimensions: Dominant species like the Himalayan Oak and Pine often have trunk circumferences of 10 to 15 feet at the base, creating massive natural pillars. The forest floor is an architectural layer of its own, covered in a thick carpet of leaf litter and a complex network of roots that stabilize the steep hillsides.
Conservation Structures: Scattered throughout the range are small forest guard huts and observation towers, typically measuring 12 feet by 12 feet, built from sustainable timber and situated at strategic high points for fire monitoring and wildlife spotting. These man-made structures are designed to be low-impact, blending seamlessly into the surrounding greenery. The range spans thousands of hectares, with elevation changes from 3,000 feet in the valleys to over 6,000 feet at the highest ridges, creating distinct micro-climates that support different sets of species.
