The waterfall drops from a significant height against a backdrop of dark basalt rocks and vibrant green vegetation. During the monsoon, the water is pure white, earning it the reputation of being a "milky" cascade. The area around the waterfall is relatively flat, allowing visitors to get close to the base and even take a dip in the natural pool formed by the falling water.
