Health & Safety: The site is abandoned railway property; stay clear of old tunnels or unstable rock structures. Be cautious of slippery rocks and stray dogs in this isolated area.

Packing Essentials: Carry a torch/flashlight for exploring the darker parts of the site (safely). Wear closed, sturdy shoes due to overgrown paths. Carry your own food and water, as stalls here are minimal.

Accommodation: Stay in a hotel/resort in Khandala or Lonavala town. This is not a place for overnight stay.

Other Tips: Avoid visiting alone, especially after sunset, due to its isolation. Combine with a visit to Amrutanjan Point and Duke's Nose for a historical and scenic tour.
