Korigad's history dates back to the 17th century when it was one of the many forts held by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The trek to Korigad Fort is relatively straightforward, with a well-defined path leading to the top. The ascent typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, making it an excellent one-day trek.
