Building Dimensions: The island covers an area of approximately 2 acres.
Structures: It features a central observation tower standing 20 feet high, constructed from bamboo and treated wood, providing a panoramic view of Rudrasagar Lake.
Pathways and Seating: There are wooden walkways elevated 2 feet above the ground to protect the soil, extending for about 500 meters. The seating areas consist of benches made from recycled wood and stone, scattered under the shade of large trees. A small cafeteria on the island is a 15x15 foot wooden cabin with a sloping roof to handle the heavy monsoon rains.
