The main plant covers an area of hundreds of acres, with giant chimneys that can be seen from miles away. The dimensions of the main production hall are roughly 200 meters by 80 meters. It features high ceilings and heavy-duty steel structures to support the massive paper-making machines. The chimneys stand at over 60 meters tall, dominating the local skyline. The township architecture is more residential, featuring neatly planned rows of houses and wide roads. The administrative block is a solid, mid-century modern concrete building. There are large storage yards for bamboo, designed to handle thousands of tons of material. The layout is strictly functional, with specialized zones for pulping, drying, and packing. It represents the peak of 1970s industrial design in India. The entire complex is a maze of pipes, tanks, and steel walkways. -
