From this point, the path quickly transitions from a residential area into a forested trail, making it easily reachable yet providing an immediate escape into nature. By Air: The nearest major airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), which is 25-30 KMS away. Take a pre-paid taxi or a ride-share service via the Eastern Express Highway to Lokmanya Nagar in Thane West. The journey time can be up to 90 minutes in heavy traffic.

By Train: Take a local or express train to Thane Railway Station (TNA). From Thane Station, the Entry Point is a quick 15-20 minute auto-rickshaw ride. Ask the driver for 'Lokmanya Nagar Bus Depot' or 'Mama Bhanja Trek start point' near the bus depot. By Road (Car/Taxi) Drive to Lokmanya Nagar Bus Depot or Hanuman Nagar via the Eastern Express Highway or Ghodbunder Road. The point is close to the residential areas of Thane West. Use GPS to navigate to the exact street address for easy location. By Local Transport (Bus/Auto) Frequent TMT (Thane Municipal Transport) buses, such as the one terminating at the Lokmanya Nagar Bus Depot, will drop you very close to the entry point. The bus depot is only a 5-minute walk from the green gate. Auto-rickshaws are easily available throughout Thane and are the most convenient short-distance option.
