Palayur St. Thomas Church, also known as the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Major Archiepiscopal Church, is a site of immense historical and religious significance. The church is the most prominent of the "Seven and a Half Churches" founded by the Apostle during his mission to the East. How to Reach

By Air: From Cochin International Airport, take a taxi or bus to Chavakkad; the church is located just on the outskirts of the town near the main road.

By Train: Arrive at Guruvayur Railway Station, and the church is a short 3-KM auto-rickshaw ride away, costing approximately 60 INR.

By Road: The church is situated on the Guruvayur-Chavakkad Road, and there are clear signboards directing travelers from the main highway.

By Local Transport: Numerous private and KSRTC buses run between Guruvayur and Chavakkad, stopping directly at the Palayur church gate.
