How To Reach Radha Swami Satsang Ghar

Sirsa, Haryana, India
Detail:The Radha Swami Satsang Ghar near Sirsa, specifically the massive complex at Sikanderpur, is a major center for the global Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) spiritual movement. This non-profit organization promotes a spiritual path based on the teachings of Sant Mat, emphasizing inner contempla tion and a vegetarian, alcohol-free life. The Ghar serves as a venue for large Satsangs (spiritual discourses), drawing hundreds of thousands of followers, or Satsangis, from across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and internationally. The philosophy stresses equality, community service (Sewa), and adherence to a living Master's guidance. The complex includes a massive hall, community kitchens (Langar), and vast accommodation facilities, all run entirely by volunteer service (Sewa). It represents an immense logistic and spiritual hub, maintaining a reputation for meticulous organization, cleanliness, and a powerful sense of community, far exceeding the scale of typical religious buildings and making it one of the largest congregation centers in the region. The atmosphere is one of profound peace and devotion, making it a unique cultural and spiritual experience.

How to Reach

By Air:Nearest airport is Chandigarh (IXC) or New Delhi (DEL). From the airport, take a train or bus to Sirsa. Dedicated buses or temporary transport services may be arranged by the Dera from major cities during the main Satsangs.

By Train:The nearest major station is Sirsa Junction (SSA). The Sikanderpur Ghar is only about 5-10 KMS from the city center. From the station, a short auto-rickshaw or taxi ride is the most convenient way.

By Road:The complex is located on a main road near Sikanderpur village, east of Sirsa City. It is well-connected by local roads and easily identifiable by its size and high perimeter walls/signage. Drive or take a bus from Sirsa towards Sikanderpur.

By Local Transport:Hiring a taxi, dedicated local auto-rickshaw, or using a cycle-rickshaw (for the local city Ghar) is the best method. During large events, the RSSB organization often provides Sewa-based transport from the main Sirsa transport hubs to the Sikanderpur complex.
