How to Reach

By Air (Via Hyderabad): The nearest airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD), approximately 100 KMS away; From HYD, the only practical option is a pre-booked taxi or private vehicle, requiring a very early morning start (around 3:30 AM to 4:00 AM) to reach the viewpoint before dawn; The drive takes approximately 2.

5 hours; By Train (Via Vikarabad Junction): Take a train to Vikarabad Junction (VKB), which is about 10 KMS from the viewpoint; From VKB, hire a pre-arranged auto-rickshaw or taxi to take you to the viewpoint; Since this involves a pre-dawn ride, it is absolutely essential to pre-negotiate the fare and timing with the driver the previous day to ensure they are available; By Road (Self-Drive / Taxi): The most popular way is to self-drive (car or bike) from Hyderabad (90 KMS) or Vikarabad town (10 KMS); The roads are generally in good condition, but the final stretch to the viewpoint can be narrow and requires careful driving in the dark; Follow GPS directions toward Ananthagiri Hills and look for the specific viewpoint turn-off; By Local Transport (Auto-Rickshaw): A local auto-rickshaw can be hired from Vikarabad town; Since the trip is outside the town and involves a pre-dawn start, the fare will be higher than a regular daytime fare; Sharing an auto with other early-rising tourists is a common and economical practice.
