Jana Waterfall

Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India
Details: Jana Waterfall is a beautiful, perennial cascade located near the quaint village of Jana. It is tucked away from the main tourist trail of Manali and Kullu, offering a more "local" experience. The waterfall itself drops from a height of about 30 feet over a cluster of rocks, creating a refr eshing mist. What makes this place truly special is the journey through thick pine forests and old deodar trees. Unlike other waterfalls that require long treks, this one is easily accessible by a short walk from the parking area. The area around the fall has been developed into a rustic dining zone where visitors can sit on wooden benches and enjoy the sound of falling water. It has gained immense popularity for serving authentic, home-cooked Himachali "Dham" and local delicacies like "Siddu". The combination of natural beauty and traditional food makes it the perfect picnic spot for families.
