Shahshateng Trek: For experienced trekkers, this multi-day (15-18 km) trek near Dorjeeling village cuts through high-altitude ridgelines and isolated pine groves. It's largely unmarked and requires a guide, offering remote camping and unfiltered views of snow peaks and glacial streams. Trekking in Mechuka is unique because of its pristine environment, the chance to encounter diverse flora and fauna, and the profound silence of the mountains.
