September to January: The meadows are at their greenest and the water level is ideal. Monsoon (July to August) The area looks incredibly fresh, though it might be too rainy for a picnic.

Winter Mornings: Perfect for seeing the mist hovering over the reservoir. Summer (March to May) The water recedes, exposing more of the meadows, and the weather remains cooler than the city.
