Fort Dimensions and Layout: The fort covers a significant area atop the hill, featuring a primary fortification wall that follows the natural contours of the rock. The walls are approximately 15 feet thick in certain sections to withstand artillery fire. The main entrance is strategically curved to prevent direct ramming. Inside, the Sri Ramalingeshwara Temple features a traditional Gopuram and a sanctum carved with intricate stone pillars. There are 5 distinct ponds or 'Koneru' within the complex, each varying in size from 20x20 feet to 50x50 feet, designed for rainwater harvesting.
