How to Reach

By Air: The nearest major airport is Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Airport (PAT) in Patna, approximately 140-150 KMS away. From Patna, hire a prepaid taxi, or take a bus or train to Sitamarhi. The second nearest is Darbhanga Airport (DBR), approximately 80 KMS away, with limited connectivity.

By Train: The nearest major railway station is Sitamarhi Junction (SMI). The station is well-connected to major cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, and Lucknow. From the station, the Math is about 12 KMS and can be reached by local transport.

By Road: Sitamarhi is well-connected by National Highway NH 77 and NH 227. The Math is located near the village of Bagahi, which is accessible via local roads. Regular state transport buses and private tourist buses connect Sitamarhi to major cities in Bihar and Nepal.

By Local Transport: From Sitamarhi City Center or Railway Station, hire a motorized Auto-rickshaw (Tuk-Tuk), or a local prepaid taxi/cab. Negotiate the fare before starting the journey. The Math is a well-known landmark, so drivers will easily recognize the destination. :
