By Train: Arrive at Silchar Railway Station, then take a bus to Matinagar. The base is roughly 40 KM from the station.
By Road: Private cars can go up to the base of the hill. The road is well-maintained until the starting point of the trek.
By Local Transport: Shared jeeps and mini-buses run from Silchar to the foothills regularly. They are the most common transport for pilgrims.
