By Air: The closest airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD), about 200 KMS away. One can take a taxi or a direct bus from Hyderabad to Nizamabad.

By Train: Nizamabad Junction is a major station well-connected to Siddipet, Hyderabad, and Nanded. The fort is just 3 KMS from the station.

By Road: Excellent road connectivity via NH-44. Regular buses run from Siddipet to Nizamabad. The journey takes about 2. 5 to 3 hours.

By Local Transport: Within the city, auto-rickshaws and cycle-rickshaws are the best way to reach the fort hillock from the bus stand or railway station.
