Jainimedu Jain Temple

Historical Significance: The Jain Temple of Jainimedu is a 15th-century historical monument situated on the banks of the Kalapathy River. It is one of the few surviving Jain shrines in Kerala, built by a community of Jain diamond traders. The temple is dedicated to Chandraprabha, the eighth Tirthank ara of Jainism.
