Kari Motor Speedway
Kari Motor Speedway is a premier racing circuit that put Coimbatore on the global motorsport map. Named after the legendary Indian racer and designer S. Karivardhan, the track was inaugurated in 2003. It was built on the site of a former microlight aircraft factory, reflecting the region's passion for engineering and speed. The circuit is 2.1 kilometers long and features a technical layout with 15 turns, making it a favorite for driver training and testing. It is one of the few FIA-certified tracks in India, capable of hosting up to Formula 3 events.
