Dimensions: The picnic zone extends over 2 kilometers along the riverbank. There are some colonial-era forest rest houses nearby with high ceilings and wide verandas that reflect British-era forest department architecture. Recently, some concrete picnic platforms and steps leading down to the water have been added for visitor convenience.
