Adavi Eco-Tourism
Adavi Eco-Tourism is a magnificent stretch of forest and river located near Konni. It is most famous for its unique Coracle Boating (Kuttavanchi) through the Kallar River. The project is part of a sustainable initiative by the Kerala Forest Department to preserve the lush wilderness while providing adventure. Visitors are greeted by the soothing sounds of the river and the rustling leaves of the dense tropical forest. The area spans a 5-km river frontage offering a serene escape. It provides a rare opportunity to witness untouched nature in its rawest form. The project is an extension of the Konni Eco-Tourism circuit. It aims to promote eco-conscious travel among tourists.
