The main sanctum is a rectangular hall with a high ceiling to allow natural light and air. The central attraction is a golden-hued statue of Lord Buddha in the "Bhumisparsha Mudra" or earth-touching pose. The dimensions of the main hall are approximately 40 feet by 60 feet. The exterior is painted in white and saffron, symbolizing purity and sacrifice. There are beautifully manicured gardens around the structure that follow a symmetrical layout.
Ornate Gates and Pillars: The entrance gate of the temple features intricate carvings of lotus flowers and the "Dharmachakra". The pillars inside the prayer hall are plain but sturdy, supporting a dome-shaped roof that enhances the acoustics for chanting. -
