The main structure is a square chamber topped by a large white dome with a green finial. The dimensions of the inner chamber are 20 feet by 20 feet. The walls are finished with smooth plaster and decorated with verses from the Quran in green calligraphy. There is a large open courtyard (Sahn) around the mazaar, paved with marble to accommodate pilgrims.
The Entrance Gate: The "Buland" style entrance gate is arched and features geometric patterns typical of Islamic art. A small minaret stands at one corner, which is used for the call to prayer. The use of green and white colors throughout the complex symbolizes peace and spirituality. -
