By Air: The nearest major airport is Patna (PAT) (approx. 170 KMS); from the airport, a taxi is needed for the 3-4 hour drive to Sasaram city, and then local transport to the temple; By Train: The most convenient station is Sasaram Junction Railway Station (SSM); the temple is located about 4 KMS from the station; By Road (Easy Access) Sasaram is on the NH-2 (Grand Trunk Road); the temple is located in Chandanpur just off the main road, easily accessible by a car or auto-rickshaw; the ride from the city center is about 15-20 minutes; By Local Transport: Shared auto-rickshaws frequently ply the route between the Sasaram bus stand/railway station and the temple base, making it a very easy and affordable final leg of the journey; a dedicated hired auto-rickshaw will provide a quick and comfortable round trip, and the drivers are very familiar with the location, making it a hassle-free visit; the temple is a major local landmark, ensuring high transport availability throughout the day.
