Sub Place Details: Makhdum Shah Ka Mazaar, located in the Baidrabad area of Arwal, is a prominent Sufi shrine dedicated to a revered saint. This Dargah is a symbol of the syncretic "Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb" of Bihar, where both Hindus and Muslims come to seek blessings and peace. The saint, Makhdum Sha h, is believed to have possessed great spiritual powers and dedicated his life to serving the poor and spreading the message of divine love. The mazaar is situated in a peaceful location and features a beautiful dome that can be seen from a distance. Every year, the "Urs" (death anniversary) of the saint is celebrated with great fervor, featuring Qawwalis and a large communal feast. People believe that tying a thread at the shrine can fulfill their wishes. The atmosphere is filled with the scent of incense and rose petals, providing a meditative environment for all visitors.

By Air: Patna Airport (68 KMS) is the nearest. Taxis are available for Baidrabad.

By Train: Jehanabad station is 32 KMS away. From there, take an auto or bus heading to Arwal.

By Road: It is located on the main road in Baidrabad, which is a major stop for buses between Patna and Aurangabad.

By Local Transport: Local rickshaws and e-rickshaws from Arwal city take about 10-15 minutes to reach the mazaar.
