How to Reach

By Air: Trivandrum International Airport (TRV) is the closest, approximately 50 KMS from Paravur. Taxis are readily available at the airport for a direct drive to the lake.

By Train: Paravur Railway Station (PVU) is the nearest stop, located just 2 KMS from the lake. Many express and passenger trains on the Kollam-Trivandrum line stop here, making it very accessible.

By Road: Paravur is well-connected by coastal roads and the NH 66. It is about 18 KMS from Kollam city. You can easily drive or take a bus from Kollam or Varkala to reach the lake.

By Local Transport: Auto-rickshaws are the most convenient way to get around Paravur town. You can hire one from the railway station or bus stand to take you to the lake or the Pozhikkara estuary.
